At The Ornament Emporium, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
🗓 Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, email christina@theornamentemporium.com. When approved, we’ll send a prepaid return shipping label via email and instructions to download and print the label. Returns without prior approval will extend the return process.
🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank to process the refund, this can take up to 14 days.
