At The Ornament Emporium, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely—especially during the holiday season!

⏱ Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

📬 Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

💝 Packaging & Gift Wrap

Every ornament is carefully wrapped to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Gift wrapping is available upon request—just leave a note at checkout.

🎄 Holiday Shipping Deadlines

To help ensure timely delivery during the busy holiday season, we recommend placing your order by the following dates:

  • Standard Shipping: Order by December 15

  • Expedited Shipping: Order by December 19

  • Local Pickup: Available through December 23 (subject to store hours)
